The 4050 types have identical dual chlorine/carboxyl cure-sites. The dual cure-site polymers can give good physical properties, especially compression set resistance.

The HyTemp/Nipol AR70 series elastomers incorporate the use of a chlorine cure-site monomer. In general terms, the chlorine cure-site family offers a range of performance from 40°C to 175°C.
